Effective date: February 15, 2026. These Terms apply to use of the Website and to requests you send to VexoMax.
1) Definitions

- “Services” — consulting, planning, configuration, and documentation related to AI home devices, as described on the homepage.

2) Scope of services
We provide assistance with selecting, setting up, and maintaining practical AI home devices and related routines. Services may be delivered remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid format depending on scope and availability.
We do not provide hardware repair, component-level diagnostics, medical or treatment guidance, or any prohibited-content services. If a requested scope is outside what we can reasonably support, we may decline the request.
3) Acceptable use of the Website
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Website, probe vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.
- Do not use automated scraping or bulk requests that could degrade performance.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content via forms or email.

Any timeline estimates (if discussed) are informational and depend on scope, device constraints, and availability.
5) Fees and invoices
If a paid service is agreed, we will communicate the scope and applicable fees before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees cover the agreed scope only; additional work requires an updated scope.

6) Intellectual property
The Website content, design, and branding elements are owned by VexoMax or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
Any deliverables created specifically for you (such as configuration notes or a device map) are intended for your personal use within your home or small space. You may not resell or publish them as a standalone product without written permission.
7) Third-party products and ecosystems
Your devices and related software are provided by third parties. Their availability, features, and limitations may change. We can advise on configuration and practical constraints, but we do not control third-party systems.
8) Disclaimers
The Website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that devices or third-party systems will operate without interruption, or that any configuration will remain unchanged over time due to updates, connectivity, or environmental factors.

9) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VexoMax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website, third-party devices, or changes in third-party services.

10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website for abusive behavior. We may decline service requests that fall outside scope or violate these Terms.
11) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises, the parties will attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Tokyo, Japan, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
